When a complaint cannot be responded to promptly by the person initially contacted or to the concerned parties’ satisfaction you may choose to contact our Complaint Hotline at 931-289-4211. Houston County Community Hospital Leadership will work in partnership with the department manager to resolve the patient/visitor, problem/complaint promptly.
